In collaboration with customers, we maintain a rolling forecast of current demand, enabling our suppliers to plan production more effectively. Our vendors provide product allocations, price protection and marketing support through their distribution partners, making 20:20 Mobile the preferred supplier to many leading resellers of mobile telecommunications products.
Open market product sourcing
To further enhance the availability of products for our clients, we actively source handsets on the open market when required. This service obtains for our customers the products they need from beyond their standard catalogue or demand forecast. Typically our clients deploy open market handsets to fulfill demand for out-of-stock or discontinued product lines; for insurance claims; and for “end of life” and “when-it’s-gone-it’s-gone” retail promotions.
