Meinie Oldersma – Chief Executive Officer

Meinie Oldersma was appointed CEO at 20:20 Mobile in February 2008. Meinie brings 25 years of experience in the IT industry, serving for 21 years in the technology distribution business. Prior to joining 20:20 Mobile, Meinie was a senior vice president in Ingram Micro’s worldwide executive team and served as CEO of Ingram Micro China Group with responsibility for operations in China and Hong Kong. Meinie is a Dutch citizen and holds technical qualifications in electrical engineering from MTS Amsterdam and LTS Uithoorn in The Netherlands.

Nick Smith – Chief Financial Officer

Nick Smith was appointed Group CFO in March 2008. Prior to joining the 20:20 Mobile Group, Nick was Group CFO at Saft, a world leading manufacturer of high-tech batteries, headquartered in Paris and listed on the French stock exchange. Prior to this, he was CFO at Ilford Imaging Group and he has also worked at PWC. Nick is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the University of Warwick. He is based at the Group headquarters in Crewe, Cheshire.

James Browning – Managing Director, UK & Central Europe

James joined 2020 Mobile in 2007 as MD and initially oversaw the re-organisation of the various UK entities into a single business which is now 20:20 Mobile UK. In 2011, James assumed additional responsibility for 20:20 Mobile’s Central and East European operations, including Benelux, Germany, Italy, Poland and Hungary. He is based at the UK Headquarters in Crewe, Cheshire. Prior to joining 20:20 Mobile, James served as CEO of Total Home Entertainment, the UK’s largest independent Home Entertainment distributor, which he subsequently sold on behalf of 3i plc. He has worked in the Textile and Packaging industries, including the post of UK MD for Paxer Corp; and has held overseas postings in the USA and Hong Kong. James has an MA (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and an MBA from Stirling University.

Fredrik Rudberg – Managing Director, Nordics

Fredrik Rudberg was appointed MD at 20:20 Mobile Nordics in February 2009, based in the town of Kista, Sweden. He brings 15 years of experience in leading positions within telecom business, among them varied leading roles at the Swedish operator, Telia Sonera. Prior to joining 20:20 Mobile, Fredrik was Sales Director at Nokia Scandinavia. Fredrik is a Swedish citizen and he has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Administration from the University of Stockholm.

German Lopez – Managing Director, Iberia

German has responsibility for the Group’s operation across the Iberian peninsula, with its main office in Madrid. He joined 20:20 Mobile Spain as managing director in 2007. German started his career with France Telecom, prior to moving to Telefonica, where he was MD with responsibility for New Technology and Payment Methodology. Before joining 20:20 Mobile, German was Group Sales and Purchasing MD for the Spanish retailer El Corte Ingles, where he had responsibility for setting up the company’s own MVNO, SWENO, where he was appointed CEO.

German graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and ENSERG Grenoble (France). He has an MBA from IE Business School, where he now is an occasional contributor to various Development Programmes in the Institute’s Marketing seat.

Trevor Price – Managing Director, Middle East

Trevor Price joined 20:20 Mobile group in August 2007 as Managing Director of 20:20 Logistics. He was subsequently appointed to run the Group’s Middle East operations in October 2008. Based in Dubai, Trevor leads a team providing value-added distribution services to the mobile technology market in the UAE and throughout the region. Trevor brings 20 years of experience in technology businesses, including seven years as managing director of Freecom.net plc, and managing director and business development roles at Konica and Danka Kodak. Trevor studied at Tuson College, Preston and Salford University.

Bhavesh Patel – Group Commercial Director

Bhavesh Patel joined 20:20 Mobile in 2009 to develop and manage international vendor relationships for EMEA, with particular focus on Eastern Europe. He also has responsibility for the deployment of standard reporting systems for the Group. Prior to joining 20:20 Mobile, Bhavesh had a number of leadership roles in Europe and Asia for Ingram Micro, spanning vendor management, marketing, e-commerce and sales. Bhavesh has a degree in Computer Studies from the University of Glamorgan.

Greg Lockton – Group Business Development Director

Greg Lockton joined 20:20 Mobile in 2008 to lead the company’s international business development initiatives including the expansion of the group’s services portfolio and its M&A activities. Greg’s background is mainly in the IT industry where he has held leadership positions in international sales, marketing and consulting roles for IT manufacturers, publishers and technology distribution companies. Prior to joining 20:20 Mobile, he spent 10 years at Ingram Micro, most recently as senior director of strategic planning. Greg has a BSc (Hons) Econ from the London School of Economics.

Tony Wilson – Chief Information Officer

Tony Wilson was appointed Group CIO at 20:20 Mobile in July 2010. Tony has over 25 years experience in IT and 20 years experience in the mobile telecommunications industry. He has held IT Director roles with telco operators including BT Cellnet and has created software and service products used by telecommunication operators worldwide, including Telstra, Vodafone, Orange, O2 and BT. After Co- Founding MDS Ltd a leader in the provision of enterprise customer experience management solutions Tony went on to become Programme Director for the Tele Management Forum, the World’s leading association focused on enabling best-in-class IT for the communications industry service providers markets. Tony also sits as a member of the huddle team for the UK Government PSN project.

Martin O’Grady – Group Operations Director

Martin O’Grady joined 20:20 Mobile in 2004 and was appointed to his current post of Group Operations Director in 2008. His 20-year career in logistics includes assignments at Tibbett & Britten, Exel Logistics, DHL and Hays Logistics. Martin is a specialist in international logistics and organisational efficiency and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. At 20:20 Mobile he has responsibility for the Group’s investments in logistics facilities and warehouse management systems.

Dominic Mellonie – Group Human Resources Director

Dom joined 20:20 Mobile Group in November 2009. Prior to this, he was Group HR Director for Carphone Warehouse Telecoms (now Talk Talk Group). He has held senior HR roles with EMEA responsibility within the Travel, Retail and IT sector, including three years based in Spain with Amadeus GTD, SA.
Dom has a BA (Hons) from Leeds University for Spanish and Business Management and is a Master of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is based at the Group Headquarters in Crewe, Cheshire.
